MEP do not need wet stamp and signature. <br /> • Scale of building, site, and landscape plans to be 1/8" = 1' minimum. 3. Maximum size of plan sets: 42" <br /> long, 30" wide (bound edge), 5/8"thick. Pages numerically organized in separate sets that are <br /> uniformly sized and stapled. 4.
