EXHIBIT B COMPENSATION ❑ ALTERNATE A [HOURLY RATE UP TO A MAXIMUM AMOUNT] The City shall pay the Service Provider a sum equal to the amount of hours actually worked multiplied by the rate identified herein for the staff performing the Work, subject to the maximum stated in¶4(D) of this Agreement. Additional fees and/or surcharges levied by the City will be retained 100% by the City. Payments shall be made as stated in Exhibit A—Scope of Work.
