I agree with your analysis that the detached accessory structure(when measured with the Gosync program)does exceed 200 sq.ft. in size and therefore not exempt from permits. Also, I concur with you that the structure is Unsafe as defined by code due to the lack of fire resistive wall construction in relation to the close proximity to property lines. And that the location of and positioning of the structure obstructs egress pathways from the main building. 0;1477. Do you agree? If you do,does it need to be deconstructed or is there other ways to abate the issue? Looking at the area in Gosync, it looks like the structure is approx.25 feet long and more than 10 feet wide—making it greater than 200 sf in size. Thanks! Don 1
