Cl 604-074) <br /> This letter provides a summary of GeoDesign, Inc.'s geotechnical construction observation <br /> services for Building 7 of the Everett Riverfront Eclipse Site in Everett,Washington. GeoDesign <br /> prepared a geotechnical report' and addendum' for this project that summarized the site <br /> conditions and provided our geotechnical recommendations. We received a set of building <br /> construction plans for the project prepared by Core Design and dated July 2015. <br /> Members of our geotechnical staff visited the site on a periodic basis between May 2015 and <br /> April 2017 to perform the following tasks: <br /> • Observe the placement of structural fill and evaluate the compaction of the fill by conducting <br /> in situ density and moisture content measurements and by observing proof rolling <br /> • Observe the placement of surcharge material and install settlement markers <br /> • Monitor the surcharge settlement <br /> ' GeoDesign,Inc.,2017.
