GeoDesign <br /> prepared a geotechnical report' and addendum'for this project that summarized the site <br /> conditions and provided our geotechnical recommendations. We received a set of building <br /> construction plans for the project prepared by Core Design, Inc. and dated July 2015. <br /> Members of our geotechnical staff visited the site on a periodic basis between May 2015 and <br /> January 2018 to perform the following tasks: <br /> • Observe the placement of structural fill and evaluate fill compaction by conducting in situ <br /> density and moisture content measurements as well as by observing proof rolling <br /> • Observe the placement of surcharge material and install settlement markers <br /> • Monitor the surcharge settlement <br /> 'GeoDesign,Inc.,2017.
