GeoDesign prepared a geotechnical report' and addendum' for this project that summarized the site conditions and provided our geotechnical recommendations. We received a set of building construction plans for the project prepared by Core Design and dated July 2015. Members of our geotechnical staff visited the site on a periodic basis between May 2015 and May 2018 to perform the following tasks: • Observe the placement of structural fill and evaluate the compaction of the fill by conducting in situ density and moisture content measurements and by observing proof rolling • Observe the placement of surcharge material and install settlement markers • Monitor the surcharge settlement 'GeoDesign,Inc.,2017.
