This decision concerned a request from Berry Sign Systems for a <br /> Comprehensive sign design approval for the new Funko Headquarters building, located at 2802 <br /> Wetmore Ave, Everett WA 98201. Condition#6 of that decision states: <br /> In order for the non-mascot sculptures to qualify as artwork and not be considered signs, Funko <br /> shall provide a commitment in a form acceptable to the City Attorney that the above canopy <br /> sculptures will be relocated or replaced with new sculptures at least once every 365 days. <br /> This letter is Funko's commitment as required by Condition#6. By this letter, Funko agrees that,so long <br /> as there are non-mascot above-canopy sculptures located at 2802 Wetmore Ave, Funko will relocate or <br /> replace all of them at least once every 365 days.
