U.S. Harborworkers'/Longshoremen and Jones Act <br /> 15.3.14.2 Builders' Risk <br /> ' The Contractor shall provide property insurance under an"All Risk Builder's Risk"form in an amount <br /> equal to the value of the structure. The structure shall have All Risk Builders Risk Insurance inclusive of <br /> earthquake and flood subject to customary industry deductibles. <br /> 15.3.14.3 Other Coverages <br /> Other additional coverages that may be required will be listed in the Specifications. <br /> 15.3.14.4 Limits <br /> Such policy(ies)must provide the following minimum limits: <br /> Bodily Injury and Property Damage- <br /> I $ 5,000,000 General Aggregate <br /> $2,000,000 Products &Completed Operations Aggregate <br /> $2,000,000 Personal &Advertising Injury <br /> i $2,000,000 Each Occurrence <br /> $ 100,000 Fire Damage <br /> Stop Gap Employers Liability <br /> $ 1,000,000 Each Accident <br /> $ 1,000,000 Disease -Policy Limit <br /> $ 1,000,000 Disease-Each Employee <br /> A stop gap policy limit of$500,000 will be acceptable if,and only if,the Contractor <br /> Excess or Umbrella Liability policy required by 15.3.14.6 Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> provides coverage over the stop gap policy. <br /> 15.3.14.5 Automobile <br /> Commercial Automobile Liability: as specified by Insurance Services Office,form number CA 0001, <br /> Symbol 1 (any auto),with an MCS 90 endorsement and a CA 9948 endorsement attached if"pollutants" <br /> as defined in exclusion 11 of the commercial auto policy are to be transported.
