Each luminaire shall arrive completely assembled and be ready to attach to the <br /> crossarm in such a way that its aiming position has been determined relative to <br /> all other fixtures on the pole,so that in the factory all luminaires on the assembly <br /> Iare oriented to form a single photometric unit. <br /> 3. The luminaires shall be designed in such a way that the light source shall not be <br /> visible from any location beyond 100'of the field boundary lines. <br /> I4. The luminaires shall be complete with an external visor. <br /> I5. The LED Luminaires shall be no more than 1150 watt. <br /> 6. Minimum of 5,700 Color Temp and 75+CRI. <br /> 1 7. Fixture Operating Temperature Range of-30 Degrees C to 55 Degrees C. <br /> Maximum Junction Temperature for the diodes of 80 degrees C. <br /> I 8. Electronic Driver with an efficiency of 95%or greater. Maximum starting inrush <br /> of 7 amps at 25 degrees C. <br /> I 9. Secondary Wiring: Manufacturer shall supply all necessary wiring to connect the <br /> fixture to the driver enclosure. Wiring shall be protected with either a jacketed <br /> cord or conduit and shall be internal to the pole. <br /> IE. Electrical Components Enclosure(ECE) <br /> 1. The ECE shall be a NEMA 3R rated gasketed enclosure to house the drivers, <br /> fuses, circuit disconnect,and distribution lugs. <br /> I <br /> 2. The ECE shall be divided into two compartments. The upper er com artment shall <br /> P p <br /> house the drivers, and fuses. The lower compartment shall provide for the circuit <br /> I disconnect,distribution lugs, and connection of all circuits coming into and out <br /> of the ECE. <br /> I 3. The access door to the ECE shall be attached by a full-length stainless steel or <br /> powder coated aluminum hinge and shall be secured when closed by lockable <br /> stainless-steel latches. All latches,hinges, and non-current carrying fasteners, <br /> I either outside or inside the enclosure,shall be stainless steel of at least an 18-8 <br /> standard. <br /> 4. There shall be provided within the ECE a UL listed circuit disconnect,utilized as <br /> a local electrical disconnecting device such that electrical power to all equipment <br /> I on the pole served by the feeder circuit shall be disengaged by the operation of <br /> one switch.
