City Council awarded the contract for the <br /> referenced project to your firm. This letter serves as your Notice of Award for the Choose an item. Alternate <br /> 1 for a total of$000,000.00 plus WSST. <br /> Attached are two original sets of the contract forms for your signature. Please sign and return both sets to <br /> me within 10 days from the date you receive them for review and signature by the City. One executed <br /> original will be returned to you for your records. You will also need to furnish a performance bond, <br /> evidence of insurance, Dept. of L&I Statements of Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages, and a copy of your City <br /> of Everett Business License in conformance with the contract requirements. Once the contract, <br /> performance bond, insurance documents, Statements of Intent, and business license number have been <br /> received and your contract approved and signed by the City, we will be prepared to schedule the pre- <br /> construction conference and issue Notice to Proceed. Once the Notice to Proceed has been issued <br /> construction may proceed. <br /> We have also included a Retainage Bond form which you can elect to use rather than setting up an escrow <br /> account. <br /> Thanks for your interest in our project.
