Section 00 52 13 <br /> Agreement Form <br /> CONTRACT <br /> ' THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this 15th day of May , 2019 , by and between the City of <br /> Everett, Washington, a municipal corporation existing under the laws of the State of Washington, <br /> hereinafter called the "City," and Premier Field Development, Inc., a Washington Corporation, <br /> hereinafter called the"Contractor." <br /> In consideration of the sums to be paid to it by the City,Contractor hereby covenants and agrees to furnish <br /> ' all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supplies required to build and construct and to build and <br /> construct in a workmanlike manner the Work, improvements, and appurtenances in accordance with the <br /> Specifications and Drawings entitled: "Phil Johnson Ballfields Renovation", (the "Project"). <br /> 1. Contract Documents.The following documents ("Contract Documents") are incorporated by <br /> reference and are hereby made a part of this Contract: <br /> A. Notice to Bidders <br /> B. Instructions to Bidders <br /> C. General Conditions <br /> D. Supplementary Conditions(if any) <br /> E. Drawings, Standard Plans, and Specifications <br /> F. Addenda (if any) <br /> G. Payment and Performance Bonds <br /> H. Contractor's Bid Form <br /> I. Other documents described as Contract Documents in Section 072000,General <br /> ' Conditions <br /> J. All provisions required by law whether set forth and reproduced herein or not <br /> Terms that are capitalized in a Contract Document but not defined in that Contract Document shall have <br /> the meaning defined to them in the other Contract Documents. <br /> ' 2. Contract Time. Substantial Completion of the Work shall be achieved within One Hundred Sixty <br /> (160)WORKING Days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed.
