ORDINANCE NO. ( 9 2 - <br /> ' I <br /> J [ <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City <br /> of Everett, as provided by Everett City Code <br /> 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572) entitled: "An <br /> Ordinance regulating and restricting the location <br /> and use of buildings and land within the City of <br /> Everett; limiting the height of buildings; prescribing <br /> building line and size of yard and other open spaces; <br /> providing for the division of the City into use zones; <br /> creating a Board of Adjustment; and providing for <br /> penalties for violation of the Ordinance. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, upon the recommend <br /> ation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined that <br /> the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and zoned R-1 Single Family <br /> Low Density Residence Zone, and such zoning will be in harmony with the <br /> Comprehensive Plan of Land Use for the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the City Council of the City of Everett does hereby <br /> concur in the findings of the Planning Commission and does hereby find that <br /> the change hereinafter set forth is in the best interest of the City of Everett, <br /> and will not be in conflict with the Comprehensive Plan of Land Use of the <br /> City of Everett. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, as established by <br /> Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4) is hereby,amende <br /> as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Darlington Replat Lot X <br /> be zoned from R-S Single Family Suburban Residential Zone to R-1 Single <br /> Family Low Density Residence Zone. <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the passage of this <br /> Ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as hereinabove provided, and <br /> henceforth said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which <br /> the same is now established, as provided by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 <br /> (Ordinance 3572) as amended. <br /> Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file the duly <br /> certified copy of this Ordinance with the County Auditor of Snohomish County, <br /> Washington. <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> ATTEST: <br /> f; <br /> ed, <br /> ity �/ M1AY R <br /> Passed: .J LIN _ c k <br /> Valid: ( 3 / 9'7), <br /> Published: J u ` • <br />
