9- 7L ORDINANCE NO. / �� 7 '7-- AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the reassessment for Lot C, Block 668, Tunnel Addition of Everett for Local Improvement District No. 690, which has been created and established for the purpose of paying the cost of the provision of off-street parking space and facilities for motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the City of Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 62-69, and levying and assessing the amount thereof against the said lot on said roll. WHEREAS, the assessment roll levying the special assessments against properties located in Local Improvement District No. 690 in the City of Everett, Washington, created under Ordinance No. 62-69, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Everett, Washington, as provided by law, and has been approved and confirmed under Ordinance No. 94-70, and due to insufficiency, irregularity and nonconformance with assessment procedures in Ordinance No. 62-69 Lot C, Block 668, Tunnel Addition of Everett requires reassessment, WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 403 a hearing was called for such reassess- ment, and WHEREAS, notice of the time and place of hearing thereon and of making objections and protests to said roll was duly published at and for the time and in the manner provided by law, fixing the time and place of hearing thereon for the i 1 day of TY) ode, , 1972, at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a. m. (PST), in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Everett, Washington, and further notice thereof was duly mailed by the City Clerk to each property owner shown on said reassessment roll for Lot C, Block 668, Tunnel Addition of Everett, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed and designated in said notice, the hearing was duly held and all written protests received were duly considered and all persons appearing at said hearing were heard, and the City Council overruled all written protests received and denied all requests for changes of assessments on said reassessment roll; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: The reassessment roll for Lot C, Block 668, Tunnel Addition of Everett of Local Improvement District No. 690, which has been created and established for the purpose of paying the cost of the provision of off-street parking space and facilities for motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the City of Everett, as provided by Ordinance No. 62-69, as the same now stand, be and the same are hereby in all things and respects approved and confirmed. Section 2: The lot shown upon the said reassessment roll is hereby determined and declared to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same and the assessment appearing against the same is in proportion
