It is important to us and to our customers that the public <br /> water system delivers high quality potable wa[er in all cases. <br /> City of Everett records indicate that this building is served by a 6-iach single check-valve A double check <br /> detector is required by the State of Washington for commr_rcial fire services. To comply with state <br /> requirements, the city requires the upgrade of the sin�le check-valve to a double check detedor <br /> assembly when the commercial building sprinkler syste n is modified through the ciry permit process. <br /> Please be advised that the city requires this upgrade as a part of building or sprinkler permit application <br /> for the portion of the buiiding served by the current single check valve. <br /> As the owner of this assembly, you are required to maintain it and improve it as necessary.
