Install a 12 inch square box drain in the existing floor of the room and attach to the existing drain from the toilet <br /> that was removed during the demolition. <br /> 2. Relocate the hot water copper line @ 4 feet from the bathtub/shower location next to the cold water line from the <br /> removed toilet. This is to accommodate the 3 compartment sink to be installed. <br /> 3. Install a 3 compartment 90 inch stainless steel sink and adjust to drain to the 12 inch box drain(letters from <br /> Snohomish Environmental Health and Industrial Waste attached). Attach spray wand to the wall. <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Smooth,resurface and slope floor from East end of room towards the box drain located near the northwest corner <br /> of the room. <br /> 2. Install commercial linoleum flooring across the eiitue floor with @ 3 inches up on each wall for waterproofing. <br /> 3. Place green board on the northwest wall and north wall for @ 12 feet to cover the entire area behind the sink. <br /> 4. Replace @ 10 ft of 5/8 inch(2 layers)of wallboard on the southwest wall. <br /> 5. Install FRP type paneling across all wall surfaces to include the window sills to insure waterproofing of the walls. <br /> EIectrical <br /> 1. Replace two old receptacles with new ones but change nothing regarding electrical location. <br /> 2. Place the 3 non active electrical lines already inside steel boxes up above the ceiling tiles to remain out of the <br /> way. <br /> 3.
