(3rd and final reading and public hearing on 7-17-19). <br /> (2) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan. (Action and <br /> Public Hearing on 7-17-19). <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $1,569,510.13 for the period of June 8, 2019 through June 14,2019. <br /> (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the <br /> amount of $1,356,928.95 for the period of June 15, 2019 through June 21, 2019 <br /> (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in <br /> the amount of $4,149,407.59 for the period ending June 8, 2019. <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of <br /> Everett in the amount of $8,078,582.92 for the period of May 1, 2019 through <br /> May 31,2019. <br /> (7) THIS ITEM HAS BEEN PULLED. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Authorized User <br /> Agreement with Snohomish County 911, allowing Police Department employees <br /> access and use of RAADAR at no cost to the City of Everett. <br /> (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Miscellaneous Service Contract <br /> No. CW2228764, entitled: Energy Smart Industrial — Wasterwater Energy Coaching <br /> with Snohomish County PUD. <br />
