(3rd and final reading and public hearing on 7-17-19). (2) Adopt Resolution adopting the 2019 Shoreline Public Access Plan. (Action and Public Hearing on 7-17-19). CONSENT ITEMS: (3) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,569,510.13 for the period of June 8, 2019 through June 14,2019. (4) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,356,928.95 for the period of June 15, 2019 through June 21, 2019 (5) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing payroll claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $4,149,407.59 for the period ending June 8, 2019. (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing electronic transfer claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $8,078,582.92 for the period of May 1, 2019 through May 31,2019. (7) THIS ITEM HAS BEEN PULLED. Authorize the Mayor to sign the Authorized User Agreement with Snohomish County 911, allowing Police Department employees access and use of RAADAR at no cost to the City of Everett. (8) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to Miscellaneous Service Contract No. CW2228764, entitled: Energy Smart Industrial — Wasterwater Energy Coaching with Snohomish County PUD.
