December 5, 2018 <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Bradley Ouellette and Curt Dooley, both of Everett, spoke in opposition to <br /> the burglary and robbery alarms proposed ordinance, which was pulled from <br /> tonight's agenda. <br /> RESOLUTION — FUND FOR THE ANIMALS <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to adopt Resolution No. 7316 declaring the City's intent to <br /> accept a gift from the Animal Rescue Foundation to the City of Everett <br /> Animal Shelter's "Fund for Animals," Fund 151. <br /> Mayor Franklin; council members; and Glynis Frederiksen, Animal Shelter <br /> Manager, thanked the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) for their continued <br /> commitment to the Everett Animal Shelter. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Members of the ARF presented the Mayor with a donation check, spoke <br /> about the history of ARF; and thanked the Everett Animal Shelter staff and <br /> volunteers. <br /> COUNCIL BREIFING AGENDA: <br /> City of Everett Housing Strategy <br /> Presented by Rebecca McCrary, Planning <br /> 393 <br />
