This Work Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the <br /> Agreement.CSC and CUSTOMER hereby agree as follows: <br /> IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES: <br /> Move client from Norwich to AWS Cloud-Included <br /> All the below are included in upgrade: <br /> Upgrade RISKMASTER eXpress from Norwich to Riskmaster in an AWS multi-tenant platform version 15.2 to the <br /> most recent version available on a Multi-Tenant platform. <br /> Upgrade Business Intelligence Reporting from 4.1 to 4.2 latest version <br /> Hosting Project Management <br /> Setup Implementation Services Estimate: $0.00 <br /> Pricing Summary for City of Everett Move to AWS Hosting <br /> Hosting Hosting Implementation Services Includes: $0.00 <br /> Implementation -Upgrade RISKMASTER eXpress to RISKMASTER in an AWS <br /> Services multi-tenant from 15.2 to AWS on the most recent version available on <br /> a Multi-Tenant platform <br /> -Upgrade Business Intelligence to latest version <br /> -Hosting Project Management included <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Assumes no custom code. Any custom code found may cause billable rework via change control as well as <br /> billable analysis and coding to make compatible with the customer's upgrade version of RISKMASTER. <br /> • Client is encouraged to test and will have the opportunity to test prior to migration go live. <br /> • Repointing BI reports to the new universe and associated testing will be the CUSTOMER's responsibility.If <br /> requested,CSC via a change control can assist and quote the effort. <br /> • Assumes no other modules. <br /> Note 1: CUSTOMER will pay all reasonable travel-related expenses incurred by employees of CSC in connection <br /> with this project if client elects for onsite training.
