A certified recorded copy oi the "Sale Prohibitlon CovenanY' per RCW 64.55 in addition <br /> to the building permit application and two sets of construction plans; or, <br /> 3. Two complete sets of construction plans (per the building permit application submittal <br /> for 'New Commercial and Multi-Family', 'Tenant Improvement', or 'Residential' which <br /> meet WA State RCW 64.55 requirements for building enclosure certificatfons; <br /> 4. Completed Permit Application; <br /> 5. Plan check fee as applicable; and, <br /> 6.
