These documents should be <br /> submitted prior to Ihe start of new construction or rehabilitative construction <br /> 8 Building enclosure design documents must contain a stamped statement by the Washington <br /> State licensed architect or engineer in substantially the following form "The unders gned has <br /> provided building enclosure documents that in my professional judgment are appropriate to <br /> sahsfy the requiremenls ot RGW G4 55 OOS lhrough G4 55A90." <br /> II.
