At this meeting the items on the <br /> Agenda will be covered (see 1.5 AGENDA). City will make biosolids samples available for <br /> bidders, along with equipment for performing jar tests on dewatering chemicals. Bidders are <br /> ' strongly encouraged to test their dewatering chemicals on Everett's biosolids. <br /> The meeting will include a site walk and review of City's testing to date showing biosolids <br /> quality. <br /> 1.2 DATE <br /> A. Meeting 1 - April 30, 2019 <br /> B. Meeting 2 - May 2, 2019 <br /> 1.3 LOCATION <br /> A. The meeting place will be at the site: 4027 4th Street SE, Everett WA. <br /> 1.4 TIME <br /> A.
