Coverage shall include notification and other expenses incurred in <br /> remedying a privacy breach as well as costs to investigate and restore data. <br /> 5.7.1.3 Crime Insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000. Coverage shall <br /> include theft, disappearance, destruction liability, employee dishonesty, and shall include <br /> `Joint Loss Payable' ISO Form CR 20 15 10/10 or its substantive equivalent. <br /> 5.7.1.4 Workers' Compensation with statutory limits. <br /> 5.7.1.5 Employer's Liability or "Stop Gap" with minimum limits of$1,000,000 each <br /> occurrence. <br /> 5.7.2 The Agency designated as ROOT Agency and its Contractor(s) shall include all other <br /> Agencies, their respective officers, officials, employees and agents as additional insureds for full <br /> policy limits as respects liability arising out of activities performed by or on behalf of the ROOT in <br /> connection with this Agreement. <br /> 5.7.3 To the extent of the ROOT Agency's or its Contractors' negligence, this insurance <br /> coverage shall be primary insurance as respects the other Agencies, their officers, officials, <br /> employees, and agents, including being primary to any indemnification language within this <br /> agreement. <br /> 14 <br />
