Port of Everett <br /> LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING <br /> This Letter of Understanding is executed pursuant to the 2003 Interlocal Agreement <br /> between the City of Everett and the Port of Everett regarding the Cooperative Use of <br /> Facilities, Equipment and Resources. <br /> The Port of Everett agrees to allow: <br /> City of Everett Cultural Arts to use Port of Everett property as follows: <br /> Location: Port Gardner Landing <br /> Term: Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. (plus applicable set up/breakdown times) <br /> June 20—August 29, 2019 <br /> Purpose: Music at the Marina <br /> The City of Everett (City) agrees to: <br /> • Include Port of Everett (Port) as a sponsor in all Music at the Marina marketing, <br /> including all print collateral, website listings, social media and other promotions. <br /> • Thank the Port of Everett for providing the event location during an <br /> announcement at each Music at the Marina concert. <br /> • Comply with the Requirements & Considerations and Public Use Standards <br /> sections of the Port of Everett Special Use Permits Policies, Procedures and <br /> Application packet(attached as Exhibit A). <br /> • Notify, coordinate and obtain written authorization from Stuchell Enterprises and <br /> on-site businesses (Inn at Port Gardner, Lombardi's Italian and West Marine) <br /> regarding the logistics of the concert series. NOTE: The Port Gardner Landing <br /> development is a leasehold with Stuchell Enterprises. No part of this agreement <br /> should be assumed to commit that leasehold or its tenants to any aspect of the <br /> agreement between the Port and the City.
