Furthermore,the <br /> RECIPIENT has read,understood,and accepts all requirements contained within this Agreement. <br /> This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties,and there are no other understandings or <br /> representations other than as set forth,or incorporated by reference,herein. <br /> No subsequent modifications or amendments to this agreement will be of any force or effect unless in writing, signed <br /> by authorized representatives of the RECIPIENT and ECOLOGY and made a part of this agreement.
