The RECIPIENT will,in accordance with ECOLOGY-accepted plans and specifications,complete construction of the project. The construction project will include installation of bioretention,or other stormwater separation,flow control,or low impact development(LID)best management practices(BMPs) designed through Task 2 of this grant. B. Calculate and submit an equivalent new/re-development area for the completed retrofit project(s)using the methods outlined in the Combined Water Quality Financial Assistance Program Funding Guidelines or other ECOLOGY-accepted method. Task Goal Statement: Projects will be constructed in accordance with Ecology-accepted plans and specifications. Task Expected Outcome: Constructed project will provide water quality benefits including reductions in flow to Combined Sewer Outfalls(CSOs)that lead to the Snohomish River,and reductions in bacteria,total suspended solids,heavy metals and other pollutants.
