t P F 71 / <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4/- 7/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett, as provided by Everett City Code 15. 04. 040 <br /> (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hearing the <br /> recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has determined <br /> that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and zoned to C-1, General <br /> Commercial Zone. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the Zone Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by E. C. C. 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4) is hereby amended as follows: <br /> The Northwesterly 630 feet of Lot 13, Beverly <br /> Garden Tracts Division No. 1 <br /> be rezoned from R-4, Multiple Family High Density Residence Zone to C-1, General <br /> Commercial Zone. <br /> Section 2: That the City Council finds the above zoning change to be in the <br /> best interest of the health, safety and general welfare of the City of Everett. <br /> Section 3: That the official Zone Map shall, upon the passage of this <br /> ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as herein provided, and henceforth said <br /> property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is now <br /> established as provided in the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br /> Section 4: The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file a duly certified copy <br /> of this ordinance with the County Auditor of Snohomish County. <br /> AT -yST: 0' <br /> MAYOR. <br /> p0ryCity lerk <br /> Passed: q" ''79- 7/ <br /> Valid. /o' '/- -7/ <br /> Published: /0 -5 7/ <br />
