• • ORDINANCE NO. / V/ - 7 . ] AN ORDINANCE amending Section 198 of Ordinance 123-71, as amended (E.C.C . 46 . 61. 136) designating one-way streets in the City of Everett. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: Section 198 of Ordinance 123-71, as amended by Ordinance No. 128-71, (E .C.C. 46 . 61 .136) is hereby amended in full to read hereafter as follows : "The following streets in the City of Everett are hereby designated for vehicular travel in one direction, commonly referred to as one-way streets , for use for one-way traffic as follows : California Avenue shall be one-way traffic eastbound from the intersection of said street at Rucker Avenue to the intersection of said street at Oakes Avenue. Wall Street shall be one-way traffic westbound from the intersection of said street with Oakes Avenue to the intersection of said street at Rucker Avenue . Hoyt Avenue shall be one-way traffic northbound from the intersection of Hoyt Avenue at 37th Street to the inter- section of said Hoyt Avenue at 19th Street. Wetmore Avenue shall be one-way traffic southbound from the intersection of Wetmore Avenue at 19th Street to the inter- , section of said Wetmore Avenue at 37th Street. Access Road 1-D as shown upon the plat of port access roads and parking areas filed with the Snohomish County Auditor under Auditor 's Receiving Numbers 1779570 and 1779571 is hereby designated a one-way road proceeding northerly from Access Road 1-C and thence westerly to Norton Avenue. The south leg of Ttereve Drive from Beverly Boulevard to its intersection with the north leg of Ttereve Drive shall be one-way traffic westbound.
