I did not see signs of that but I did find a new furnace was <br /> installed in the basement a couple months ago—without permits. Further,the 3 tenants were using multiple extension <br /> cords because of defective electrical outlets.The newer panel is on the exterior of the house but I could not locate the <br /> currently active additional panel in the house. There is also some old electrical—perhaps disconnected but not <br /> removed. <br /> It looks like permits were issued in 2009 to install a gas water heater and new service. Currently,there are several <br /> electrical boxes lacking required covers—exposing the end of wiring and/or splices. In the NTC attached—I am giving the <br />
