I did not see signs of that but I did find a new furnace was installed in the basement a couple months ago—without permits. Further,the 3 tenants were using multiple extension cords because of defective electrical outlets.The newer panel is on the exterior of the house but I could not locate the currently active additional panel in the house. There is also some old electrical—perhaps disconnected but not removed. It looks like permits were issued in 2009 to install a gas water heater and new service. Currently,there are several electrical boxes lacking required covers—exposing the end of wiring and/or splices. In the NTC attached—I am giving the
