To:Tyler, David D
Subject: RE: Construction Permit Submittal for Glycol/Skydrol Storage Buildings
Hi Dave,
You beat me to calling you back. Both buildings will need a building permit and on that application you can add in the
necessary plumbing and/or mechanical items associated. If the perimeter trench drain and/or sump is external to the
canopy foundation, a public works permit will be needed. Also, if the concrete slab being poured extends beyond the
foundation footprint, a public works permit is needed. I hope this answers your questions, however please let me know
if I can be of any further assistance.
Thanks,
Sabrina Fandler, EIT, LEED®AP BD+C
City of Everett Public Works Department 1 Development Technician
3200 Cedar St, Everett, WA 98201
Office: 425-257-8810
Direct: 425-257-7813
Email: SFandler@everettwa.gov
All emails, and attachments, sent to and from City of Everett are public
records and may be subject to public disclosure pursuant to RCW 42.56.
From: Tyler, David D [mailto:david.d.tyler@boeing.com]
Sent: Friday, March 18, 2016 10:14 AM
To: Sabrina Fandler
Subject: Construction Permit Submittal for Glycol/Skydrol Storage Buildings
Hi Sabrina-
lam
abrina-Iam trying to determine if we need to submit for a Public Works permit for two of the three buildings, both of which
would be located on an existing paved area. We know the third (and largest) building will require a PW permit since it
will trigger drainage requirements. Here is the project description for the two:
• Building No.45-62: Construct a 38'x 55' pre-engineered skydrol mule storage canopy structure with concrete
slab, perimeter trench drain and grating.
• Building No.45-63: Construct a 20'x 20' canopy structure to be used for loading/unloading of Glycol (with
sump).
Dave Tyler,
Everett Site Services/Facilities
425-239-7983
3 /
