45-640 Trailer relocation The yard drawing shows the 45-01 paint hangar, the existing 45-02, and the proposed location of the 45-640 trailer. The 45-640 trailer is already on site East of the new 45- 011 Delivery Center. Per our conversation on June 5th during a meeting on this topic in the 40-11 it was requested that we provide a letter and drawing that explains the concept and clearances of the trailer relocation. The 45-01 paint hangar is shown with a 60' clear yard around it. The only apparent conflict is at the NW corner where there is some infringement of the 60' clear at the 45- 513 and 45-724 trailers. It is to be noted that this 60' is driven by a door pocket and not the main paint area. The proposal is to locate the 45-640 parallel to the 45-02 and at 31' from the 45-01. To the east the 45-640 is to be located approximately 13' 10" from the existing fence to the east The trailer is an office use with exits on east and west ends and both will have ADA ramps and stairs The existing 45-02 and the relocated trailer are to be considered as a single building due to the clearance between them. The drawing also shows a 60'wide yard encompassing both buildings. Note that there is shared yard space between the 45-01 and a small sharing of yard at the 45-011.
