0 <br /> July 3, 2019 <br /> Council Member Vogeli provided an update on her attendance at the National <br /> League of Cities meeting in Indianapolis. <br /> Council Member Roberts stated that the Puget Sound Regional Council <br /> Transportation Policy Board received a request from the US Department of <br /> Transportation to support an 1-5 study and thanked the Mayor and staff for <br /> sending a letter of support. He also commented on his attendance at the <br /> Association of Washington Cities meeting last week. <br /> Vice President Tuohy wished everyone a happy Fourth of July, thanked Parks staff <br /> for their work during the holiday, and commented on all the events around town <br /> tomorrow. <br /> President Bader wished everyone a happy and safe Fourth of July. He also <br /> provided a liaison report from the Transportation Advisory Committee. President <br /> Bader announced that a public hearing will take place during the July 10 council <br /> meeting regarding emergency Ordinance 3686-19, which established a <br /> moratorium on supportive housing.
