Delta Neighborhood Sidewalk Improvement Project on 16th Street on the south side <br /> between the alley east of Chestnut to E. Marine View Drive is hereby designated as a <br /> contingency project if Community Development Block Grant funds become available <br /> either through program income ad projects that finalize under budget or a project unable to <br /> be completed prior to June 30, 2020. The estimated project cost is approximately $129,000. <br /> 3. Housing and capital projects funded with Community Development Block Grant and <br /> HOME funds will be loans with terms and conditions. <br /> 4. The Mayor is authorized to execute all loan agreements and other documents necessary to <br /> implement the projects approved in this resolution. <br /> 5.
