Exhibit E <br /> MARKETING AND PROMOTION <br /> The City will assist in the marketing and promotion of the Tennis Program providing the Tennis Program is in compliance <br /> with all City policies. <br /> The City will provide the following: <br /> • Tennis Program information in the seasonal guide <br /> • Promotion space in pre-approved Parks and Community Services Department and City offices and designated <br /> approved locations in Parks and Community Services Department parks and community buildings <br /> • Distribution of Tennis Program information/material to other adult athletic programs sponsored by the City <br /> upon request by the Tennis Program. <br /> • Distribution of Tennis Program information/material at Parks sponsored events upon request by the Tennis <br /> Program. <br /> • Tennis Program promotion on the Parks and Community Services Department Website. <br /> The Tennis Program will provide the following: <br /> • The full cost of all signage, flyers, or other promotional material. <br /> • Complete summary of text for approval by the City. <br /> The City reserves the right to approve all marketing and promotion associated with the Tennis Program in the City. <br />
