Exhibit C <br /> TENNIS COURTS RULES AND REGULATIONS <br /> 1. No Smoking or alcohol on Parks or school grounds. <br /> 2. No black-soled, marking, or street shoes on Tennis Courts. <br /> 3. Clean up at end of the day/evening, including wet surfaces cleaned up and dried. <br /> 4. Do not interfere with school programs, even if they run overtime. Warm-ups should not begin until school <br /> program's equipment is put away and the court is clear. <br /> 5. Report any damage to City staff or custodian before leaving the facility. If City Staff or custodian is not available, <br /> please call the Point of Contact to report damage the following morning. <br /> 6. Do not put tape on Tennis Courts. <br /> 7. Food or Drink other than water is not allowed on any Tennis Court at any time. Consumption of food or drink <br /> outside the Tennis Courts is allowed. <br />
