This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Crown <br /> Castle Structural `Statement of Nlork' and the terms of Crown Castle Purchase Order No. 200499. The <br /> purpose of the analysis is to determine the suitability of the tower with the addition of Cingular's proposed <br /> antenna installation of six (6) Kathrein 742 265 panel antennas, three (3) Kathrein 800 10122 panel <br /> antennas, six (6) �_ucent LGP21401 TMA's, and two (2) Nokia CS72993.08 TMA's with six (6) 7/8" <br /> feedlines (replacing the existing antennas at 100 ft) when combined with the existing equipment on the <br /> structure. The six (6) proposed lines are to be installed on the outside of the monopole. Note that the I <br /> existing antennas, feedlines and mounts at 118 it are also considered removed in this analysis. This <br /> analysis has been performed in accordance wi?h the TIA/EIA 222-F standard for a fastesT mile wind <br /> speed of 75 mph with 1/2" ice foi Snohomish County, meeting the requirements of Section 3108.4 of the <br /> 2003 International Building Code. <br /> Based on our analysis, we have determined that the tower and foundation ARE sufficient for the <br /> proposed loading. <br /> We at Morrison Hershfield appreciate the opportunity of providing our continuing profcssional services to <br /> you and Crown Castle International.
