(AMFC), formerly AGRA, respectfully submils this final <br /> summary of special inspection services iar th? above-referenced project. Our services were <br /> performed as requested and scheduled by Presco Telecommunications, Inc. Daily Field <br /> Reports of our inspections were pr�pared al ihe time our services were provided. Our Daily <br /> Field Reports, which are attached, form the basis for this final summary letter. <br /> AMEC performed special inspection services for weiding a structural steel plate to the top of an <br /> existing monopole tower to serve as interface for a tower extension. An AMEC representative <br /> was on site and observed the welding while it was being performed.
