� INPORMIITION FOR DSVffiAPffit: <br /> i. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Desiqn and Construction <br /> Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> showinq site parking layout, landsc3ping, utilities, storm <br /> drainaqe, temporary construction erosion �.ontrol, and all required <br /> improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br /> approval of these drawinqs is required Qzior to any permits being <br /> issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved, and <br /> warranted before Occupancy permits are issued. <br /> 2. Any required landscapinq provided in the City right-of-way must be <br /> approved by the Public Works Department and must be leased from <br /> the City. <br /> 3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at <br /> all times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> ' cleaninq must occur as directed by the Publia Works Inspector. <br /> 4. Performnnce guarantees are required for street, sidewalk, alley, <br /> any curb repaired/replaced and utility improvements. <br /> 5. Placement and screeninq of ref.use disposal areas must be provided <br /> per Section 39.OB0 of the Zoning Code. <br /> 6. The Police Department has the followinq security recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 deqree to <br /> 220 degree wide anqle viewers and single cylinder deadbolts <br /> with 1" throw and at least 3" scr=ws securing striker <br /> plate. <br /> b. Windows :hould overlook the pai•king lot for increased <br /> • security of veiiicles. <br /> c. Slidinq glass doors should have Charlie bars installed for <br /> optimum security. <br /> d. Liqhting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br /> candles. <br /> e. A monitored fire and intrusion alarm system zoned for each <br /> entity should be provided. To provide protection in case of <br /> armed robbery, include remote panic buttons and/or foot trip <br /> if using customer counter. <br /> f. If offices will be handlinq cash, an actual money safe should <br /> be installed (for next day receipts only) . Seismic detectors <br /> and passive infrared alarm sensors should also be installed <br /> in the room. <br /> g. The perimeter doors should be solid core or metal with double <br /> cylinder dead-bolts installed. If doors open to the outside, <br /> 5 <br /> 1 - - - - -- <br />
