Eiqht (8) on-site parkinq <br /> s•talls are proposed. <br /> This proposal is considered an expansion of a non-conforming use in <br /> the B-3 zone, which requires the Hearing Examiner's review and <br /> approval, per Subsection 41.1i0.0 of the Everett Zoning Code (NCU <br /> �5-91) .
