Building is not permitted along the marina edge esplanade. <br /> 3.2 Bayside Park Connection <br /> The park master plan calls for a community garden, open space, and a trail underpass at <br /> 22nd Street connecting the park to the W. Marine View Drive pathway. Sidewalk <br /> improvements to connect the park to Grand Avenue are also a key part of this project. Bayside Park connection. <br /> 3.3 Waterfront Place Central <br /> This segment will be greatly enhanced by the proposed North Marina and Waterfront <br /> Place Central redevelopment, which will include commercial attractions, open space, and <br /> trail links. One of the most important connections will be the "pedestrian shopping street" <br /> from 13th Street to 10th Street, just east of the waterway. Final improvements will be <br /> located and designed in the Waterfront Place Central project, which should include the <br /> elimination of as many curb cuts as possible along W.
