The Owner's policy will automatically include the Additional Coverage Endorsement, when <br />applicable, at no additional charge. The Policy committed for or requested may be examined by inquiry <br />at the office which issued the commitment. A specimen copy of the policy form(s) referred to in this <br />commitment will be fumished promptly upon request. <br />F. In the event that the commitment jacket is not attached hereto, all of the terms, conditions and <br />provisions contained in said jacket are incorporated herein. The commitment jacket is available for <br />inspection at any company office. <br />G. The policy(s) of insurance may contain a clause permitting arbitration of claims at the request of either <br />the insured or the company.
