EXHIBIT C <br /> HERRERA SCOPE OF WORK <br /> CITY OF EVERETT LANDFILL GAS <br /> SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND <br /> MAINTENANCE SUPPORT <br /> On June 6, 2019, the City of Everett (Client) authorized Herrera Environmental Consultants <br /> (Herrera) to prepare a scope of work and cost estimate to provide professional services to the <br /> City. This scope of work includes a discussion of the activities, assumptions, deliverables, and a <br /> schedule associated with this project. <br /> TASK 1.0 — LANDFILL GAS SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND <br /> MAINTENANCE SUPPORT <br /> The Client desires support in the operations and maintenance of the existing perimeter landfill <br /> gas system at the Everett Landfill. Herrera will provide site visits, data review, and system <br /> performance evaluations. Site visits will include the review of control settings, review of <br /> operational records, and review of the operational practices. Herrera will also make <br /> recommendations of system operations and maintenance needs and provide support to <br /> complete the maintenance as needed. A review of existing operational practices will be <br /> included that will include a revised and updated operations manual or SOP. <br /> Tyson Wright is Herrera's project manager assignment for this project.
