ORDINANCE NO. / 7 - 7/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the <br /> City of Everett, as provided by Everett City <br /> Code 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4. ) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett, after hearing <br /> the recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Everett, has <br /> determined that the area hereinafter described should be rezoned and zoned <br /> to R-3, Multiple Family Low Density Residence Zone. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the Zone Map of the City of Everett, as established <br /> by E. C. C. 15. 04. 040 (Ordinance No. 3572, Section 4) is hereby amended <br /> as follows: <br /> Commencing at the N.W. cor. of Sec. 5, <br /> T28N, R 5 E. W. M. ; th N 7°17'30" W alg the <br /> CL of Colby Ave. for 30. 18 feet; th N 89°03' <br /> E parallel to the N line of sd Sec. 5 for 35. 22 <br /> feet to an intersection with the Ely R/W margin <br /> of sd Colby Ave. and the T. P.O. B. ; th N 7°17'130" <br /> W alg sd Ely R/W margin of Colby Ave. for 145 feet; <br /> th N 82°42'30" E for 120 feet; th S 7°17'30" E alg <br /> the W R/W line of Beaumont Dr. to the N R/W line <br /> of 52nd St. ; th Wly alg the My R/W margin of 52nd <br /> Street to the T. P. O. B. <br /> also <br /> Lots 9 and 10, Baker MacLaughlin Addition <br /> and <br /> Lot 1 through 8, Block 1, Plat of Laurel Heights <br /> and <br /> Lot 13, Plat of Alta Vista <br /> All of the above described property being in the vicinity of <br /> 52nd St. and Colby Ave. and the East side of Colby Ave. <br /> from 52nd St. South to 55th St. <br /> be rezoned from R-1 Single Family Low Density Residence Zone and R-4 Multiple <br /> Family High Density Residence Zone to R-3 Multiple Family Low Density <br /> Residence Zone. <br /> Section 2: That the City Council finds the above zoning change to be in <br /> the best interest of the health, safety and general welfare of the City of <br /> Everett. <br /> Section 3: That the official Zone Map shall, upon the passage of this <br /> ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk, as herein provided, and henceforth <br /> said property shall be used in accordance with the zone in which the same is <br /> now established as provided in the City of Everett Zoning Code. <br />
