Whenever such pedestrian- <br /> control signals are replaced the legend "WAIT" shall be replaced <br /> by the legend "DON' T WALK. " <br /> Section 197-B. Statutes adopted. The <br /> following streets in the City of Everett are hereby designated <br /> for vehicular travel in one direction, commonly referred to <br /> as one-way streets for use for one-way traffic as follows : <br /> California Avenue shall be one-way traffic westbound from the <br /> intersection of said street at Lombard Avenue to the intersection <br /> of said street at Rucker Avenue; <br /> Wall Street shall be one-way traffic eastbound from the <br /> intersection of said street with Rucker Avenue to the intersection <br /> of said street at Lombard Avenue; <br /> Hoyt Avenue shall be one-way traffic northbound from the inter- <br /> section of Hoyt Avenue at 37th. Street to the intersection of <br /> said Hoyt Avenue at 19th. Street; <br /> Wetmore Avenue shall be one-way traffic southbound from the <br /> intersection of Wetmore Avenue at 19th.
