'Access Road 1-D as shown upon the 'Slat 'of port access roads <br /> 'arid parking areas filed with the Snohomish County Auditor <br /> under Auditor' s Receiving numbers 1779570 and 1779571 is hereby <br /> designated a one-way road proceeding northerly from Access <br /> Road 1-C and thence easterly to Norton Avenue; <br /> The south leg of Ttereve Drive from Beverly Boulevard to its <br /> intersection with the north leg of Ttereve Drive shall be one- <br /> way traffic westbound. <br /> Upon those streets and parts of streets and in those alleys <br /> designated as one-way streets or alleys , vehicular traffic <br /> shall move only in the indicated direction when signs <br /> indicating the direction of traffic are erected and maintained <br /> at every intersection where movement in the opposite direction <br /> is prohibited. <br /> Section 199 . Statutes adopted. The following statures are <br /> hereby adopted by reference. <br /> RCW 46 . 61. 140 Driving on roadways laned for traffic. <br /> RCW 46. 61. 145 Following too closely. <br /> RCW 46. 61. 150 Driving on divided highways . <br /> RCW 46 . 61. 155 Restricted access. <br /> Section 200 . 46 . 61. 161 Restrictions on use of controlled-access <br /> roadway. The City Council may be ordinance or resolution, with <br /> respect to any limited access roadway under its jurisdiction, <br /> prohibit the use of any such roadway by funeral processions , <br /> or by parades , pedestrians , bicycles or other non-motorized <br /> traffic, or by any person operating a motor-driven cycle. <br /> The City Council upon adopting any such prohibitory regulation <br /> shall cause to be erected and maintained official signs on the <br /> limited access roadway on which such regulations are applicable <br /> and when so erected no person shall disobey the restrictions <br /> stated on such signs. <br /> RIGHT OF WAY <br /> Section 201. Statute adopted. The following statute is hereby <br /> adopted by reference. <br /> RCW 46. 61. 180 Vehicle approaching intersection. <br /> Section 202. 46 . 61. 185 Vehicle turning left. (1) The driver <br /> of a vehicle intending to turn to the left within an intersection <br /> or into an alley, private road, or driveway shall yield the <br /> right of way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite <br /> direction which is within the intersection or so close thereto as <br /> to constitute an immediate hazard. <br /> (2) It shall be unlawful to make a left turn between <br /> intersections on any street when such left turn delays or is <br /> likely to delay or stop any vehicle travelling in the same or <br /> opposite direction on the street, or when such left turn endangers <br /> or is likely to endanger any person or vehicle on the street. <br /> Section 203. Statute adopted. The following statute is hereby <br /> adopted by reference. <br /> RCW 46. 61. 190 Vehicle entering stop or yield intersection. <br /> Section 204. 46 . 61. 196 Streets and Highways designated as <br /> Arterials . (a) The operator of any motor vehicle entering upon <br /> any arterial highway or street in the City of Everett from a <br /> public or private highway, road, streetway, or driveway, shall <br /> yield the right-of-way to vehicles on such arterial highway or <br /> street and shall come to a full stop thereon when and where <br /> signs , posts or other markers so direct or indicate , or shall <br /> yield the right-of-way as provided in RCW 46 . 61. 190 (3) , when <br /> and where signs , posts or other markers so direct or indicate. <br /> All portions of state highways , together with all temporary <br /> detours thereof within the limits of the City of Everett hereby <br /> are designated as arterial highways within said City, together <br /> -26- <br />
