No automobile or other motor driven vehicle shall be backed out of an alley, garage, service station, vacant lot, or other similar places into the streets in the central business district of the City of Everett. Section 245 A 46 . 61. 692 Use of coasters , roller skates and toy Vehicles . It shall be unlawful for any person upon roller skates , or riding in or by means of any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device, to go upon the roadway of any arterial highway or any street in the central business district, except while crossing such roadway at a crosswalk; or to engage in any sport, amuse- ment or exercise or play in the roadway of any street. Section 245 B 46 .61. 693 Dripping oil, etc. , on streets . No oil, gasoline or like fluid shall be spilled or allowed to drop from any vehicle on any paved street or public way in the City of Everett. If the spilling of oil, gasoline or like fluid creates a fire hazard, any peace officer or member of the fire department is authorized to provide for the removal of the vehicle , from which such oil, gasoline or like fluid is spilled or dropped, to a place of safety under the provisions of Section 46 . 52 . 107 . -39-
