• <br /> C. The Mayor <br /> Section 259 46. 61. 735 Contents of permit. Each parade permit <br /> shall state the following information: <br /> A. Starting and terminating time. <br /> B. Minimum Speed <br /> C. Maximum Speed. <br /> D. Maximum interval of space to be maintained between <br /> the units of the parade. <br /> E. The portions of the streets to be traversed that may be <br /> occupied by the parade. <br /> F. Such other information as the Chief of Police shall <br /> find necessary to the enforcement of this chapter. <br /> G. The number of participating vehicles . <br /> H. The number of participating pedestrians . <br /> Section 260 46. 61. 736 Compliance with conditions and laws required. <br /> A permitee hereunder shall comply with all permit directions and <br /> conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances . <br /> Section 261 46. 61. 737 Possession of permit. <br /> A. INTERFERENCE. No person shall unreasonably hamper, obstruct <br /> or impede, or interfere with any parade or parade assembly <br /> or with any person, vehicle or animal participating or used <br /> in a parade or any funeral procession. <br /> B. DRIVING THROUGH PARADES . No driver of a vehicle or <br /> street car shall drive between the vehicle or persons <br /> comprising a parade or funeral procession when such <br /> vehicles or persons are in motion and are conspicuously <br /> designated as a parade. <br /> C. PARKING ON PARADE ROUTE. The Chief of Police shall have <br /> the authority, when reasonably necessary, to prohibit or <br /> restrict the parking of vehicles along a highway or <br /> part thereof constituting a part of the route of a parade <br /> or funeral procession. The Chief of Police shall post <br /> signs to such effect, and it shall be unlawful for any <br /> person to park or leave unattended any vehicle in violation <br /> thereof. No person shall be liable for parking on a <br /> street unposted in violation of this chapter. <br /> Section 263 46 . 61. 745 Funeral Processions . Any person desiring <br /> to conduct a funeral procession shall not be required to comply with <br /> the provisions of this chapter, except that the applicant shall make <br /> oral application to the Chief of Police or his duly authorized <br /> assistant one day in advance of the procession. The Chief of Police <br /> or his duly authorized assistant shall grant the applicant oral <br /> permission to conduct such funeral procession designating the <br /> route to be traveled. <br /> OPERATION OF BICYCLES AND <br /> PLAY VEHICLES <br /> Section 264 . Statutes adopted. The following statutes are <br /> hereby adopted by reference. <br /> -43- <br />
