W. north approximately <br /> 1020 linear feet by construction of 16" water <br /> main and appurtenances. <br /> 18th Avenue West: from 20 feet south of the east-west centerline <br /> of Sec. 11-28-4 north to 75th Street S. W. by <br /> construction of 16" water main and appurtenances. <br /> Medallion Road: from Hardeson Road easterly approximately 1300 <br /> linear feet by construction of 16" water main and <br /> appurtenances. <br /> 75th Street S. W. : from 20th Avenue West to Hardeson Road by <br /> construction of 16" water main and appurtenances. <br /> Said improvements to include cast iron mains, fire hydrants, and appurtenances, <br /> in such manner as to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with plans <br /> and specifications to be prepared by the City Engineer, which plans and specifications <br /> are hereby adopted and approved. <br /> Section 3: That the cost and expenses to be borne by and assessed against <br /> the property included in the assessment district herein created shall cover the <br /> entire cost of the improvement herein ordered and shall include all necessary <br /> and incidental expenses and fees, the installation costs for any and all fire <br /> hydrants; provided, however, that the City shall bear the cost of the South 620 feet <br /> of mains to be installed in 18th Avenue West. The costs and expenses assessed <br /> against the property included in the assessment district, herein created, shall <br /> be in accordance with the special benefits derived from the improvement and <br /> without regard for the zone and termini method of calculating assessments. <br /> Section 4: That there is hereby established Local Improvement District <br /> No. Lp�2, , which district shall include the following property located in <br /> Everettf Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: <br /> That portion of the West half of Section 12, T. 28 N, R 4 EWM <br /> lying North of SR 526 EXCEPT the NE quarter of the North half of <br /> said West half and EXCEPT Upper Ridge Road and that portion <br /> of Hardeson Road lying South of the North R/W line of Upper <br /> Ridge Road prolonged at right angles to the centerline of <br /> Hardeson Road; <br /> Plus that portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 11, T 28 N. <br /> R 4 EWM (also known as a portion of Beverly Berry Tracts <br /> Division #2) lying North of SR 526 and East of 20th Avenue <br /> West; <br /> PLUS the Northeast quarter of said Section 11; <br /> PLUS the East half of the Northwest quarter of said Section 11. <br /> Section 5: That a special fund is hereby created to be known as "Local <br /> Improvement Fund No. 6 9 --k-, " which shall consist in the aggregate of the <br /> several amounts levied, assessed and collected on the several lots, tracts and <br />
