• • - _ 3 4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. / / '/ - 7/ <br /> AN ORDINANCE allocating $32, 000. 00 from unanticipated <br /> revenues in addition to the 1971 Budget for the City <br /> of Everett General Fund for purposes of constructing <br /> a Multi-Service Neighborhood Center. <br /> WHEREAS, application has been made to H. U. D. for a grant to assist in <br /> construction of a Multi-Service Neighborhood Center in the north end of the <br /> City of Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, Snohomish County has donated property in the vicinity of the <br /> Everett Housing Authority Project, and <br /> WHEREAS, said Everett Housing Authority shall act as landlord for said <br /> center, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: The sum of $32, 000. 00 is hereby appropriated and allocated, <br /> out of unanticipated revenues to the 1971 Budget for the City of Everett, which <br /> shall be in- addition to that amount otherwise budgeted for the General Fund for <br /> the year 1971 for the purpose of participating in the cost of construction of a <br /> Multi-Service Neighborhood Center which is to be financed by HUD grant <br /> and the participation of other local governmental units. <br /> ATTEST: MAYOR <br /> -(6e %/77,7-e'D <br /> Deputy City Clerk <br /> Passed: / - 7 7 <br /> Valid: d _ _ 7 <br /> Published: ,„?_ ,7_-7/ <br />
