RESOLUTION NO. 6693 <br /> WHEREAS, ARF offered up to $20,000 towards the expenses of service and equipment <br /> for the spay and neuter clinic in the Everett Animal Shelter; and <br /> WHEREAS, the ARF has offered to make a cash donation not to exceed$20,000 for <br /> support services provided by the Animal Shelter spay and neuter clinic; and <br /> WHEREAS, EMC 2.105.020 grants the Mayor authority to conditionally accept gifts of <br /> personal property and the Mayor does recommend acceptance of this gift of$20,000 <br /> towards the Everett Animal Shelter spay and neuter clinic; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Everett accepts the <br /> gift of$20,000 from ARF towards the cost of the medical services provided by the <br /> Everett Animal Services spay and neuter clinic <br /> Introducing the Resolution <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 31st DAY OF DecembeE 2013 <br /> Ae <br /> Cs (/' <br /> s (/'''President <br />
