. <br /> 2. By allowing the broken discarded furniture to be maintained on the above <br /> mentioned property, the Respondents have violated EMC §8.20.020 (C). <br /> 3. By allowing the pile of dead and decaying vegetation to be maintained on the above <br /> mentioned property, the Respondents have violated EMC §8.20.020 (E). <br /> 4. By allowing the discarded vehicle parts to be maintained on the above mentioned <br /> property, the Respondents have violated EMC §8.20.020 (G). <br /> 5. By allowing the electrical hazards to be maintained on the above mentioned <br /> property, the Respondents have violated IPMC §604.3. <br /> 6. By restricting the means of egress to the outside of the residence with doors that <br /> require keys on the above mentioned property, the Respondents have violated <br /> IPMC §704.3. <br /> 7. By allowing the modifications and alterations other than the above described kitchen <br /> drywall activity to be done to the residence without benefit of necessary permits at <br /> the above mentioned property, the Respondents have violated IRC § R105.1. <br /> ORDER <br /> Based on the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as stated above, the following <br /> Order is issued: <br /> 1. The Respondents shall abate all violations of EMC §8.20.020 (A), (C), (D), (G), <br /> IPMC §604.3 and 704.3 and IRC §R105.1 from the property located at 1211 East <br /> Marine View Drive, Everett, Washington. <br /> 2. All abatement of the violations on said property shall be completed according to the <br /> following schedule. Cleanup and abatement shall be: <br /> a. To remove and properly and legally dispose of all discarded junk, trash, litter, <br /> salvage materials, lumber, broken furniture, and household items, dead and • <br /> decaying vegetation, and discarded vehicle parts, no later than January 20, <br /> 2012; <br /> b. To obtain all necessary permits for the unauthorized alterations including but <br /> not limited to drywall, electrical and plumbing, to the single family residence; <br /> and work completed by July 12, 2012. Any and all work that is authorized by <br /> the permits referred above must be completed and approved by the City of <br /> Everett Building Services Department, by July 12, 2012. <br /> c. Abatement of the egress from the second floor shall be completed immediately, <br /> January 12, 2012. <br /> / JD <br />
